Two weeks ago I was driving home from roleplay. It was around 11 PM and I was driving through a deserted street when suddenly the sky lights up. Sighing I quickly realized what had happened but thought that if I just didn't think about it or mention it to anyone that speeding ticket wouldn't fall on the doormat.
Alas, yesterday it came in. 9 Km per hour over the legal limit. My fine? 26 Euro's. Come on people! This can't be worth the government's time! Still, it's a memorable moment for me! Maybe I should frame the ticket? It is, after all, the first (speeding) ticket I have ever gotten.
Ah, the milestones of life.

26 euros isn't much. In Finland you'd be fined for 85 euros!
